Depacco.com: this site promised $100 per an ad viewed during 1 minitue, an email read and $1,000 as sign up bonus. Furthermore, it suggested $200 as an referral bonus -- you enlist a member as your downline for the site and they compensate some money as bonus -- and $50 per referral's ad viewing and email reading. It was natural that I had been entrapped to take part in with the aspiration of making an easy fortune as pie, though at a corner of my mind, the skepticism it could be too good to be true began to haunt me. I tried to justify myself, thinking "Joining free -- there were 2 kinds of membership, one free and another advanced who had to pay some hundred dollars once and been given more previliges of course -- and no money out of my pocket, then nothing to lose and let's test the genuiness of the site". I had bookmarked this site and almost once in a day logined and clicked the ad if available then. Unfortunately the hidden loophole had ambushed. That is the threshhold at that the minimum payout could be claimed and implemented by the member and the admin. of the site. The minimum amount was $20,000 for the free joiner. Anyhow I diligently kept on browsing the ads to reach that doorway for nealy one year throughout 2008. At last, I had surpassed it with my account credited with $20,000 plus and in the due course, I requested the admin. to pay the money as promised with a support email with the decency. Upon their muteness, I repeated the trials several times with a little blackmailing in vain. I had never received any explicit reply. "Sever my abdomen open!" in Korean saying was their attitude. Only a solace was my not having elaborated to recruit a single referral who might have tasted same despair and attributed it to my recommendation.
Neverthless, there was found no solution available. A civil litigation might be thought of. Let the formidable expense and lots of time consuming alone, I assume I would lose at courts. If I hold an promissary estoppel doctrine, the defendent attorney would counter hold that I already intentionally knew or negligently didn't know the untruthness of the representation of the site operators and my reasonable reliance became to be rootless. A little later to my expectation, this site was announced to be closed down with the notice that it was with regret that they had closed the ADMAX21 program. This was due to severe economic conditions. They apologized for any conveniences that this may have caused us.

사이트 운영자가 지급하는 수당 --으로 회원 1인당 200불을 주고 그 하위 회원이 광고를 보거나 광고 이 메일을 읽으면 1회당 50불을 준다고 했다. 이런 가입 권유 광고를 보고 이렇게 누워서 떡먹기처럼 쉬운 일이 있냐면서 걸려든 것은 당연한 것이었다. 마음 한 구석에는
이런 일이 사실이기에는 너무 지나치게 좋다는 찜찜한 생각이 들기는 했지만 말이다. "가입이 무료 -- 회원의 등급은 2가지, 무료 회원과 유료 회원으로 되어 있었고 유료 회원이 되려면 몇 백불을 내면 되는 데, 여러 가지 특혜가 주어지는 것은 물론이다 --라 당장 돈 낼 일도 없어 손해 볼 것이 없는 데 이 사이트의 진정성을 시험해 보는 셈 치고 해보자"며 억지 합리화까지 해 가며 이 사이트를 즐겨 찾기 목록에 갖다 놓았다. 그 날로 부터 거의 하루 한번씩 필자 계정으로 로그인하여 광고가 떠 있기만 하면 클릭을 했다. 그런데 여기 한 가지 함정이 있었는 데 그것은 회원이 청구할 수 있고 사이트 운영자가 그 청구에 응해야 하는 최소 청구 지급한도액이었고 무료 회원의 그것은 20,000불이었다. 어쨌든 2008년 내내 거의 일년 가까이 부지런히 광고를 보아 마침내 20,000불의 문턱을 넘어설 수 있었다. 그 다음 당연히 연락항목의 이 메일을 통해, 약속대로 이 금액을 지급해 줄 것을 사이트운영자에게 젊잖게 요구했다. 아니나 다를까, 침묵으로 대응했다. 그 후 몇 번 독촉을 하고 은근히 엄포도 놓아 보았으나 아무런 이렇다 할 대답이 없는 건 마찬가지였다. 한국식으로 말한다면 "내 배 째라!"라는 식이었다. 그나마 한 가지 다행인 것은 마침 하위 회원으로 단 한명도 가입시키지 않아 쓸데없이 원성 살 일은 없었다는 것이었다.
사실상 아무런 해결책이 떠오르지 않았다. 한 가지 민사 소를 제기하는 것은 생각해 볼 수 있다. 그러나 소송에 따르는 상당한 비용과 적지 않은 시간은 젖혀두고라도, 필자의 생각으로는 그 소송을 이길 수 있을 것 같지 않았다. 필자가 계약의 신뢰성을 주장한다면, 피고측은
청약의 비진의표시와 그 의사표시에 대한 필자의 고의 또는 과실에 기인한 악의 또는 선의 및
그에 따른 근거없는 신뢰를 주장하여 재판부는 피고측의 주장을 받아 들여 "진실이기에는 너무 좋은 의사표시"의 법리를 원용하며 필자의 청구를 기각할 것 같은 느낌이 들기 때문이다.
The best deal yet. com: 이 사이트를 만난 것은 작년 가을 뇌출혈이 있었던 아내의 병구환이 한 고비를 넘겨 다소나마 마음의 평정을 얻기 시작한 금년 봄이었다. 처음 이 사이트는 그럴 듯 해 보였다. 사이트 운영자가 기획하고 있는 획기적인 광고 사업이 있는 데 그 광고를 보면 시간당 25불~35불을 벌 수 있고, 무제한의 다음 1 단계 하위 회원을 가입시킬 수 있는 데 그 회원 벌이의 10%를 산정하여 권유 수당으로 더 받을 수 있다는 있다는 것이었다. 필자는 망서리지 않고 이 무료 회원으로 가입하여 이번에는 열심히 하위 회원을 모집하기 시작했다. 가입 조건이 그럴 듯 해 그런지 두 달 정도 애써 70여명의 직접 하위 회원을 가입시킬 수 있었다. 이 중에는 한 명 대학 동기도 있었다. 하지만 그 뿐으로 아무런 벌이가 실현되지 못 하고 있다. 왜냐 하면, 그 획기적이라는 광고는 단 한 줄도 본 일이 없었기 때문이다. 거의 십만명에 육박하는 거대 집단을 만드는 데 기여한 회원들의 노력과 시간을 이용하여 자기 사업 조직을 만들기로 한 사이트 운영자의 사악한 노림수는 애당초 없었다고 선의로 보아 준다면, 광고를 주기로 약속했던 자들의 계약 파기 내지 이행 무기한 연기라는 악재를 만난 것으로 추측된다. 정식 사업 개시일로부터 2개월 이상 지나도록 아무런 일이 없기 때문이다.
ADMAX21.com: 위 사이트에 대한 회원 모집 활동을 중지한 지 얼마 지나지 않아 이 사이트를 알게 되었는 데, 이 사이트는 모든 가입 회원에게 가입 수당으로 25불을 주고 1 단계 하위, 즉 직접 하위 회원 가입에는 3명까지 5불씩 15불을 주고 2단계 하위부터 5단계 하위 회원 가입에는 그 수에 관계없이 회원 1인당 1불을 주며, 광고 한 편 당 열람 수당으로 수 불씩을 지급한다는 것이었다. 필자가 늘 하던대로 열심히 노력한 결과, 열흘이 안 되어 직접(즉 1단계) 하위 회원 20명과 2단계 이하 4단계까지의 하위 회원의 하위 회원 22명을 가입시켜 도합 62불을 벌기에 이르렀다. 그렇지만 이 사이트도 여기까지였다. 광고주를 구하지 못 해 광고를 볼 수 없는사태가 발생했기 때문이다. 불안한 마음이 들어 머뭇거리는 사이, 아니나 다를까 혹심한 경제적 불황으로 이 사이트를 폐쇄하게 되어 회원 여러분에게 미안한 마음 금할 수 없다는 사과문과 함께 사이트를 닫는다는 공고가 그 홈페이지에 게시된 것은 얼마 지나지 않아서였다.
